It does not count from the moment you create the account, but from the moment the payment clears. The end date is calculated then and stays fixed.

Is Xat Start a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of $4.000 COP that gives 5 days of access. It creates no subscription, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
What happens when the 5 days end?
Xat Start access stops and nothing else is charged. Your workspace, conversations, contacts and messages stay where they were. To continue you choose Growth or Business.
Can I move to Growth or Business during the 5 days?
Yes, and it takes effect immediately. You do not have to wait for the 5 days to end: as soon as the new plan is paid, your team moves to its capacity.
Do Growth and Business renew automatically?
Yes. They are subscriptions and renew at the end of each cycle — monthly, 6-month or annual — until you cancel them.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, from your billing panel. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep access until that date.
How many WhatsApp lines can I connect?
Xat Start includes 1 line, Growth up to 10 and Business up to 30. A line is one WhatsApp number connected to your inbox.
Do I need a card to create my workspace?
No. You can create your account and your workspace with no payment method at all. A card only comes up when you choose a plan.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider. Your card details never pass through Xat CRM and are not stored on our servers.
Do prices include taxes?
The prices shown correspond to the plan price. Any additional applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can pick another plan whenever you need to from your billing panel, and the new plan applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.
