The contact record#

Everyone who writes to one of your lines has a record with their name, their number, their email if you record one, and the labels you give them.

History is kept: if somebody writes again months later, the conversation arrives with everything that came before it.

Searching#

You can search a contact by name, number or email, and filter by label.

One contact, one number#

Xat CRM normalizes WhatsApp numbers so the same person does not appear twice because of formatting differences. In practice that means you do not have to clean up duplicates by hand.
