Workspace details#

In Settings → Workspace you change your organization name and general configuration.

API keys#

From Settings → API keys you create keys so other systems can talk to Xat CRM. Each key is created with the scopes you grant, and never holds more than you gave it.

The full key is shown once, at creation. Afterwards we only keep what is needed to validate it, so we cannot show it to you again: if you lose it, create a new one and delete the old.

Webhooks#

A webhook notifies your system when something happens in your workspace. You configure the URL and choose which events to subscribe to.

Each endpoint has a secret so you can verify the delivery came from us, and that secret is also shown only once.

Audit log#

Settings → Audit keeps the history of administrative actions in the workspace: who did what, and when.
