Create your workspace#

A workspace is your company inside Xat CRM: it holds your WhatsApp lines, your conversations, your contacts and your team. Each workspace is separated from the rest.

Signing up creates your account and your workspace at once. No payment method is needed to get this far.

1. 1Sign up with your name, your company name, your work email and a password.
2. 2Confirm your address from the email we send. Nothing continues without that step.
3. 3Choose a plan when you want to connect your first line.

How the application is organized#

The side navigation has five destinations, and all daily work happens in the first two.

• Dashboard — a summary of how your operation is doing.
• Conversations — the shared inbox where your team replies.
• Contacts — the people who write to you, with their history.
• Reports — activity and volume. Management roles only.
• Settings — WhatsApp lines, members, teams, labels and everything else.

This order creates the least friction.
